Have you recently moved to Wichita Falls and want to continue your Junior League journey? We’d love to welcome you to the Junior League of Wichita Falls!

Our League has a proud history of training women leaders, developing volunteers, and making a meaningful impact in our community. Each year, we donate more than $60,000 and 17,000 volunteer hours to local causes.

To transfer your membership, simply contact your current League, or the League you were most recently a member of, and request that they initiate the transfer through the AJLI e-transfer system. Once completed, we’ll reach out to welcome you and get you connected!

Please provide your former League with the following information:

• Name, local Wichita Falls address and phone number
• Email address
• AJLI number (if not known, your former League can provide it to you)
• Your current status (i.e. Active, Provisional, Sustainer)

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot initiate a transfer without a local address and your AJLI number. Transfer requests are processed through the AJLI online system. You will receive an email confirmation from AJLI that your transfer has been processed.

After your current League initiates or approves the transfer, the Junior League of Wichita Falls will contact you with information to help you get started with our League.

TRANSFER DUES and FEES:

For Actives

July 1 – December 31           $36 dues (50% of $72) + $20 fee = $56

January 1 – May 31              $0 dues + $20 fee = $20

For Sustainers

July 1 – December 31           $26 dues (50% of $52) + $20 fee = $46

January 1 – May 31              $0 dues + $20 fee = $20

ACTIVE TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

Transfer Orientation/Placement

An Active Transfer will be assigned to an Active Member to learn more about the Junior League of Wichita Falls and to connect them to other members and welcome them into our League.

The Placement Vice President will be contacting you to discuss placement opportunities. The Active Member that you will be partnered with will help explain placements and orient you to the opportunities with JLWF.

Meetings

The Junior League of Wichita Falls holds General Membership Meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month (August through May). Members will also have scheduled meetings for the committees that they are placed on. It is expected that members attend all General Membership Meetings and Committee Meetings.
